Struggling with sound!!

I have managed to animate my images in After Effects, although no matter what I try I cant seem to get the sound working properly. I have followed numerous tutorials on how to export and render a composition with audio, and no matter what I try I cant seem to get it working. a

I have taken some screen shots to allow my problem to be shown more clearly. 

I have highlighted the parts of the screen shot where it is evident I have included my assigned audio clip, The Third Man Theme.

Im trying to render and export my composition in all the correct ways but Im still having no luck!!
